📦 How long does shipping take?

UK Orders

  • Standard delivery: 2-4 working days
  • Express delivery: 1-2 working days

International Orders

  • Delivery time: 5-14 working days (depending on location)

✨ Please note: During busy periods (weddings, festive seasons), delivery may take slightly longer.

⏱ How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days.

We carefully pack every order to make sure your bangles arrive safely and beautifully 💖

💌 Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! 🎉
We ship worldwide so you can enjoy your favourite bangles wherever you are.

Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

💸 Will I have to pay customs or duties?

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country.

These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order is taking longer than expected:

  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Check with your local delivery office
  3. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll help you out 💌

⚠️ Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We’re unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses, but we’ll always try our best to help if something goes wrong.

💖 A Little Note

Our bangles are delicate and carefully packaged, so we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged (very rare, but just in case), please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll sort it for you.
